    I was seen on time and the Gp was very pleasant, thorough and professional! She reassured me and referred me for investigations having asked my view re what I would like her to do to put my mind at rest.

    Went for bloods, was seen on time. Everyone was polite and professional. My veins are always hard to find but there was no fuss and I was soon on my way home

    I have had two appointments at Banbury Cross Health Centre this week, for two different issues and found the booking process much improved. When I needed to see a doctor on the day I phoned in I did so, and for the less urgent matter the booking system was easy and I was seen a week after booking which was fine . I have been critical of the surgery in recent years, but feel a change has taken place and they are now putting patients first and I hope this continues. The receptionists were polite and helpful ( although I still find it odd I need to tell them my symptoms ) the medical professionals were likewise polite and friendly and really appeared to care about my health and well being . Let’s hope this will be ongoing and that the surgery has decided to give good customer service and treat patients as individuals with curtesy. I am impressed and look forward to my next visit .

    Rang in the morning at 0800 Got a call back and an appointment for 1730 though was offered earlier Saw the doctor and I am now booked in for blood tests and an ECG. I also have been advised to go to the hospital for a turn up and wait chest x-ray Overall I could not wish for better service

    My example is when told by urgent care to see a gp the next day ( on notes passed over to practice ) Receptionist is adamant that it involves bones so need to see physiotherapist Who has a two week wait for appointments She was adamant that that is the way she has been told even i said its on the urgent care notes past over . I waited the two weeks in agony relying on oramorph to manage as best i could the physio was so appollagetic that it had happend

    Very difficult to get a routine appointment, wait for ages o the phone only to be told to fill in a pre appt triage form, which if accepted an appointment will be arranged. The surgery accepted the triage form and confirmed I am on the waiting list, no idea how long this will be. Its no wonder A&E is always busy as no one can get a doctors appointment.

    Dear Paul I am sorry to note that you have found the appointment system difficult to navigate. Do get in touch directly – feedback.bchc@nhs.net and we can help you with this. Generally patients are not waiting too long at all on the waiting list - around 10 days - and of course if your symptoms are worsening and you have a more acute need to see a GP then do call us back and we will fit you sooner.     Following discovery, after having an ecg for an unrelated private operation, that my heart beats were slightly irregular, the practice have taken action to thoroughly investigate my condition

    Was on waiting list for appointment. Received a call to book. Not long to wait to book. Very polite caller. 2 Physiotherapists carried out my cortisone injection together. Very clean, professionally done and fully explained what was happening and what to watch out for and expect. 5 star service. Thank you.
