I was treated and sent to Weston for further tests. This surgery was so friendly reassuring and efficient. They always followed up and always answered the phone. Thank you so much.

I attended for a blood test yesterday I was treated courteously and professionally by the individual. My appointment was on time. Procedure was explained and was uncomplicated and painless. Individual was friendly and helpful. Thankyou

I had a Medical MOT with Claire a Practice Nurse. Like all other staff at Axbridge and Wedmore Medical Practice Claire is highly professional, put me at ease straight away and conducted my 'MOT' succinctly plus answering a few other queries I had carefully promoting confidence In next steps for me to take. Thank you Claire.

I have recently moved to the area & I have found both Wedmore & Axbridge to be excellent surgeries. Everyone I have met or spoken with have been so cheerful, helpful & professional. I am very happy with services provided. I had visited Axbridge for a blood test. I felt relaxed & well I'm formed with the process. Making a follow-up appointment was a breeze.

Hi Team. I recently had surgery ar Weston General with Somerset surgical Services,I’ve had several of these operations and have 5 to go) on my leg to remove Basal cell with disposable stitches. Unfortunately it didn’t heal and it became very infected, I left it too long to get it seen to! So on 24th March at 4.30 I called into surgery. I relayed My take to the superb receptionist who instructed me to sen photos on the link she had sent, Just in case I couldn’t get help, I went to see Pharmacist as he could confirm it was infected, so I dashed home sent 2 photos to Wonderful Paramedic with in 15mins, he rang confirmed b infection and was sending prescription to the Pharmacy as we were speaking and advised must collect it that night. Back down to Pharmacy and prescription was ready to go. So, within an hour, I had seen reception, seen Pharmacist, spoke to Paramedic, had prescription sent to Pharmacy and I’m picking it up within that time scale!! I believe you all saved me from becoming very ill. I saw nurse today who confirmed wound is healing nicely - thanks to you all. I have been with your surgery for a million years and have appreciated the superb level of care given. It’s a massive thank you from me. Best regards Carole Knowles

Always treated with respect and kindness. Always courteous and willing to listen. Very thorough in any examinations and very gentle. When having a blood test recently another problem was spotted and acted upon.

I was caught in traffic so phone to say I would be late for my appointment. The receptionist was very reassuring and said not to worry and they would see me when I arrived. The hca was lovely when I explained why I was late and made me feel at ease. Thank you
