The reception team at Wedmore surgery was friendly and efficient. I was seen on time and treated with kindness and respect. I would certainly recommend this GP practice.

The receptionist swapped things around to allow me get an urgent appointment with a nurse and I was seen within 24 hours . The practice nurse was thorough in her examination and recommended a sensible course of checks and treatment. Many thanks

I had a blood test at Wedmore Surgery which is convenient for me. The nurse was very nice. She took the blood with minimum fuss. By the way you have made this review really difficult to complete, constant problems.

As always, a very pleasant "reception" from the lovely ladies on the front desk. It makes being unwell a better experience and to a certain degree, something to look forward to as we are greeted with smiling faces and if needed, with polite, positive conversation. The person I saw today for the blood test was calm and reassuring. The doctor that I saw last week prescribed several tests, one of which has resulted in tablets and within 6 hours of taking one, I feel 20 years younger. Thank you for being there for us!

I had my annual asthma review yesterday. Always very helpful and informative. At the same time I was having a few problems with my ears, but the asthma nurse was even able to help me with this! Altogether a very valuable, useful and reassuring part of my year. I get an annual reminder to attend just in case I forget. Same with my annual blood checks.

Excellent service in good location. Caring and efficient. Very fortunate to have such good general practice near to home. As an older adult my wife and I rely on the service we get from this excellent practice. The nurse carrying out the tests was friendly and efficient

Went to the practice for my annual blood test and was very impressed with the professional attitude of the nurse who was very gentle and managed to find my vein first time when other nurses have struggled to take blood.

My appointment for blood test was dealt with on time in a friendly and relaxed manner. The nurse administered the test and made me feel very relaxed. She was very efficient and took the time to explain how long the results would take, and the next steps in relaying the results back to me. Blood tests are never something you look forward to, but she made the whole thing relaxed and professional.

Had bloods taken on April 28. Person taking them had trouble getting a vein as my veins so small, but preserved asking me if I was ok and if I wanted to keep going. Task was accomplished.
