Very good e consult service with rapid response from suitably qualified heathcare professionals. GPs and other healthcare professionals actively listen and take action. If there is a need to call - you will get through! My experience of a GP practice used by my mother in South Gloucestershire was their e consult service was infrequently operational and it was not possible to successfully phone through to that practice due to lack of staff. The Axbridge & Wedmore practice offer a service significantly better than a radically larger GP practice on the outskirt of Bristol. Keep going.

A short wait for an appointment at a special clinic for photographs to be taken, but they were reviewed quickly and treatment prescribed within a week. Very pleased.

I asked for a phone consultation on two days running - for separate issues. Nothing was a problem and was called within an hour. In each case the GP was friendly and very helpful.

From the moment you step through the door, you are greeted with warmth and professionalism by the reception staff, setting the tone for a positive experience. The doctors here are not just skilled medical professionals but compassionate caregivers who go above and beyond to ensure the well-being of their patients. I cannot praise enough the level of care and attention I received during my visits. The doctors took the time to listen attentively to my concerns, thoroughly explaining diagnosis and treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. Their expertise instilled confidence and trust, making me feel truly cared for. Moreover, the reception staff deserves special commendation for their efficiency and friendliness. Whether scheduling appointments, handling paperwork, or answering inquiries, they do so with a smile and genuine concern for patients' needs.

The staff have been really friendly and reassuring. The receptionist I spoke to was very welcoming and chatty on the phone - certainly not a robotic, scripted speech. Thank you, this makes a difference.

Everyone in this practice is kind, helpful and friendly. I am so lucky to be within the area and grateful for how efficiently it is run. The receptionists are warm and knowledgeable. They will go to great lengths to help. The doctors are thorough and kind. Could not ask for more . Thank you all

Cannot get a face to face appointment with a doctor. They are,however, doing well at diverting patients to pharmacists and nurses as an alternative.

GPs have been hard to recruit (this is a national problem). We have therefore worked hard to train all staff to signpost to other healthcare professionals who may be able to help with patients problems. These professionals are all supervised by GPs. We are also pleased to say that we will be increasing our regular GP numbers in January - we have a new GP Partner joining us and a salaried GP returning from maternity leave. I went to the surgery on 04 October and was given an appointment that afternoon. The excellent doctor diagnosed a hydrocele. An appointment for an ultrasound scan arrived on 06 October. Absolutely brilliant.
