Review titled I satisfy with the new system
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Elizabeth - Posted on 13 July 2023
You are unable to see a Dr and had to wait for 24 hours when the problem is minor and can be solve with 2 hours. This system will let a lot of people go to a&e. meanwhile, the hospitals has a lot and trying to deal with major incidents

The staff are extremely rude and constantly hang up on you when you are trying to talk to them on the phone!

Review titled Appalling Service
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Catherine DN - Posted on 10 October 2022
Since the move from Dover House, this service has declined to now be unsafe in my opinion. I could provide a huge list of complaints and errors but will give two examples. I have numerous medical conditions and require monthly prescriptions which are almost always wrong. I get medical items through a company delivered but the Surgery needs to sign off the prescription, again they get it wrong, send it to the pharmacy instead of the company or not send it at all until I ring and remind them. Recently they referred me to Mind in Enfield as they noticed I had attended A and E a few times. I had cellulitis which returned three times and I was told to go to A and E and had to attend daily over a few weeks for IV antibiotics. The surgery never raised whether I wanted a referral for support and did this without my consent. Do not register with this surgery. I will say I recently saw a locum and it was the first time I felt listened to or respected.
