We saw two wonderful Nurses. The nurse who attended to us was super kind & friendly without compromising on her professionalism.. we felt at ease and for a moment even forgot we were poorly. My little girl on her way home said ‘’they were my favourite ‘Drs’..’’ :) The whole team that we saw today were absolutely lovely and very kind to my little girl. I appreciate it!

Good practice. Helpful reception team and some really good doctors and nurses. Sometimes difficult to get an appointment but other than that I have no concerns.

I have no problems receiving a repeat prescription from my GP Practice. As soon as I send an email for a new prescription, it is actioned. However, it is almost impossible to secure an appointment. After more than 3 years being registered at Ambrose Ave, I still haven't been able to get an appointment to see my GP. I have now given up trying! I've managed to see a nurse a couple of times at Tollgate, but nothing more. I work full time, I begin work at 8am therefore cannot wait outside the surgery at 7.30am each morning to maybe get an appointment.

In addition to our online options, we provide same-day appointments, available both in-person and over the phone for your convenience. You can also easily schedule appointments in advance using the NHS App. Please appreciate that, as a busy practice dedicated to providing quality care, we prioritise every patient’s needs. Rest assured, in the event of an emergency, we will always ensure that you receive the attention and care you deserve.
