Always good service at Alvanley been with them all my life under different doctors never any issues I wouldn't go anywhere else

Recently attended appointment for a flu jab. The queue was well organised with helpers to check in for me and direct me. I had very little waiting time and the jab was administered efficiently and I was able to book a further jab for Covid there and then.

Good experience for my flu jab. Very well organised and I was in and out within 5 minutes. Couldn't have asked for better. Thank you.

Consultations usually fairly prompt. I always feel the nurses and doctors listen and care. Usually feel satisfied with any ongoing treatment.

The service at Alvanley has gone down hill, it used to be the best practice around and I would always recommend to my friends, now since there has been a change in management its terrible. You can't get an appointment, all the staff are changing, there is no chance of seeing the same GP twice. I'm embarrassed having advised all my friends to come that they are now wanting to leave. The partners were great but now they dont see patients (unless you are a baby or want a minor op according to reception). Its really not good enough
