    Very poor service nurse, doctor, reception. Really disappointed…. This is the worse surgery. The reception staff are soo rude and have not got any customer service skill of how to speak to there patients. Always we (me&my wife) any appointment need to wait 40-50 mins over my appointment time….. that’s not fair

We also offer access to appointments online in advance. You can also do Online consultation https://albionhealth.webgp.com/ between 9am to 11am Monday to Friday.     I phoned at 8.30 am and got an appointment for 9.30 am the same day..... I was given half an hour of full attention, my problem was fully explored and I felt that my concerns were listened to with great care and respect.... thanks guys....

    If you want staying on the phone for one hour to trying talk with someone on reception this practice is the best.If you want to be ignored by reception staff and gp this place is perfect. Doctors simply don't want see people face to face anymore. I was requested referral letter for xray.Doctor didn't know how to correct filling up the referral letter!!!I was sent back to surgery from hospital 3 times (3 times Doctor refer me incorrect). This place need is joke

    Thank you for your feedback. I am disappointment you have had the experience as stated above. Our appointment procedure is to offer both telephone and face to face appointments and these should be offered when booking the appointment. Ninety percent of our appointment is Face to face. We do actively signpost to the need of the patients with the intent of offering the best medical service for the individual patient. We also offer appointments within a couple of days so am disappointed to read that you have had to wait to a couple of weeks.     I had a great experience for minor surgery. I was called in early, the doctor and Nurse was very friendly and even processed a blood test for another issue too at the same time. Would highly reccomend this practice. Have been a patient for over 10 years now. Always great service.

    I've been a patient here for 20+ years. All the doctors, nurses and staff have always been first rate. Had suspicious mole removed today. Quick, painless and without fuss. Thank you!

    i have been using this practice for many years, but only stay for continuity because I like my GP. i have been on hold for an hour, and came in at 2nd place in the queue, it is still ringing and i am now first in the queue. the phone system is really disfunctional and should be scrapped. how can i still be waiting an hour when it says i am first in the queue. terrible service, really rude reception staff when you do get through. i have given up after an hour. appalling.

    Unless you call right at the stroke of 8am (even then when you are 1st in the queue it can take up to 15 minutes for someone to answer), getting through to the GP most of the time takes in excess of 1 hour. The last time I called this month, I called around 11am and I was 10th in the queue it took 1 hour and 35 minutes for me to finally get through to someone. How is someone supposed to wait for that long on the line. There should be a separate line for appointment and medication queries. There is never a quieter time to call the surgery.

    I have been registered with Albion Health Centre for many years. It’s a very busy practice but I always found staff to be very caring, friendly, organised, and do their best to make patient’s experience very smooth and easy Also if any difficulty or misunderstanding the practice management team are very swift to look into the matter, listen attentively, and resolve the issues quickly Definitely recommended, and I hope to stay with them for many years to come

    This is a disgraceful GP practice! The practice cares nothing at all for it's patients, third world levels of service here! As others have stated, the line cuts off after an hour of being on hold. There are never-ending wait times, you could be 8th in the queue and you will be on hold (if you're lucky) for a minimum of 50 minutes! When you do get through, of course, there are no appointments. They refer you to online, which you cannot just book, unless they send you a link! If you're lucky, you will get an appointment slot, stating to contact the practice if not convenient, of course this is impossible unless you like being on hold (for an eternity), to then, only be cut off again! The appointment slot (if you're lucky enough to get one) is not correct. They will call you on a completely different time of day, or even, a different day, or not at all! If you are struggling with anything and it is affecting your health, this place will add to these ailments, and your health will be worse from the experience! Instead of dealing with or showing empathy, you're given excuse upon excuse, we get 100's of calls, I get the same when I call my GP, etc, etc. Blah, blah... you get the picture. A waste of time! I can only imagine someone else getting even more frustrated with the constant defensive attitude. This practice is definitely not fit for purpose! This establishment may add to people's stress levels, and for many, they probably have!
