I'm attending health and well-being therapy,my Coach is so good,she helped me in my mental health.everytime I have appointments to her I feel good after my appointment,she give lots of advice that I can use to every day life.I will extremely recommend her.

The staff seem great when you see them, but today (and the previous 3 times my partner or I attended) my appointment happened between 30 and 60 minutes later than the planned time. I was told it's because previous patients take longer in their appointments.

I've visited Addison Road Medical Practice twice now and had a great experience both times, with a GP and nurse who did a blood test. Both staff members were knowledgeable and very kind and approachable, immediately putting me at ease. The overall service at the Practice is also very efficient, you're able to see someone for an appointment very quickly.

Feb 2025, the female doctor I saw listened and understood my perimenopause issues and prescribed me with HRT medication, unlike my previous surgeries who refused I was impressed, would recommend this surgery.

I would very much like to inform the partners of the practice that the treatment I have received recently over eight sessions has been quite successful. The lady work coach I worked with was very understanding with as far as I am concerned a great attitude with my situation. That being not going out after COVID and stuck in a downward cycle leading to depression etc. Whilst not being able to name the lady I want to go very public with the partners saying thank you to her and all the staff at the Addison road practice with all their help and continuing great work. The doctor and staff are very friendly and helpful they give a direct advance to patients ,the place is very organized and clean environment thank to receptionist who are very polite and friendly kainat.

I called this practice with an urgent administrative matter today; they understood the urgency and why a telephone call was necessary. The staff listened and responded with care, and my matter was resolved quickly. I know it is sometimes challenging to get through to GP practices to speak to a person, but today I found it straightforward. And when I got through the staff were there for me when I needed them. I have been with this practice for years and, based on my experience today, I am definitely sticking with them. Thank you very much.

I am very thankful my case worker for responding so promptly to my request for a doctor’s document, that I required to get treatment. Despite a lead time of 20 days, they made this possible in under two days, responding to the time criticality that I had communicated. They was very friendly (also managing my expressed frustration perfectly), professional, and communicated effectively and to the point. Outstanding service (especially in a time of high demand and pressure on the NHS, as we all are aware). Big thank you!
