I was seen promptly by a pleasant an efficient practice assistant who who quickly identified that she could save me an extra appointment but taking a blood sample after she had checked my blood pressure. She was helpful and reassuring and gave me confidence.

Have gone our of their way several times to help with any issues or concerns that I have raised with my records since transferring GPs. When requesting medical information and support letters they have been very fast to respond and offer an efficient service, going abive and beyond to limit any delay. Very understanding with my conditions and made necessary referrals, chasing up for me when there were delays.

12/5/25, the healthcare assistant was very kind and friendly, she was gentle on taking my mother’s blood, a very good experience, unlike previous surgeries

I couldn’t have asked for better care from the doctor that I saw. She was very sympathetic and listened to all of my concerns, including my emotional wellbeing as I am coming to the end of extensive treatment at St Barts hospital. She actioned every concern quickly and effectively, explaining the steps that I also need to take to facilitate my own care. She really supported my desire to be proactive in order to move forward with my health and fitness. I definitely feel more positive now. I have been a patient at this practice for a number of years and have always been happy with the standard of care.

Came for my yearly diabetic review. She was very pleasant and professional. She greeted me & my husband with cheerful face which make it really feel good experience. She took our blood with no problems. After that I told her that I have fear of needles & usually scream . I’m soo happy for her this experience.
