This GP has seen me a few times over the last six months to help with an ongoing condition for which nothing seemed to work. She asked lots of questions, ordered the necessary tests, and sought to find out whether the cause was at the intersection of mental and physical health. She showed great empathy and also patience with my concerns. Thank you. Claire

Thank you for the health check. In particular, we will now start taking a walk after dinner - motivated to do that! Also, straight after the chat, I booked an appointment that I had been avoiding. I appreciated the space to discuss health holistically,which is a helpful community service.

I had a blood test today, and the person who assisted me was extremely nice and caring. They made the experience really comfortable, and I appreciated their professionalism and kindness during the process. Thank you for the excellent service.

The lady I saw today was calm, composed and knowledgeable. It was a pleasant experience as I usually do not enjoy hospital, and medical experience. Everything was clearly explained and I am happy with the encounter. Thanks.

I was pleasantly surprised to be seen to immediately after checking in at the register. My nurse was thorough with her explanations and made me feel very comfortable throughout.
