I was treated like a very important person (vip patient) the reception staff are friendly smiling all the time the reception area is clean and tidy the doctor is lovely and dealt with all my issues

Medications have also been sent on time done promptly the receptionist was lovely and helpful doctors are always very good listening even when i am anxious and worried. Reception area is always clean and tidy. My experience today was very good

I got my sick note issued on the same day which was very handy. The receptionist was very welcoming today when i visited the surgery

Receptionist re-scheduled my appointment accommodated myself she was polite the doctors and nurses are lovely very very helpful

The receptionist i saw made me feel welcomed and felt happy. She asked me how i was feeling. I seem to always get my appointments on time

Throughout my recent bout of illness although I have been unable to physically attend the surgery they have supported through consultations and got back to me when arranged which is very reassuring this is appreciated in times when the medical workload is never ending. Thank you
