Came for my yearly diabetic review. She was very pleasant and professional. She greeted me & my husband with cheerful face which make it really feel good experience. She took our blood with no problems. After that I told her that I have fear of needles & usually scream . I’m soo happy for her this experience.

The nurse is kind, amiable, conscientious and responsible. The blood and urine tests were directly carried out during the consultation. The method is much more convenient and simpler than before. I'm very satisfied! Thanks Addison Road Meducation practice!

After trying to book a go appointment for 4 weeks I was sent a notification to book an annual diabetes appointment. I did so and it actually took place I am so happy as booking a go appointment is impossible and I don’t always have the internet or strength to go to the surgery to try and book an appointment so I just allow things to fester. I saw a healthcare assistant which I don’t mind but she’s not a go so can’t write medication which is kinda useless. Anyway the appointment went well and I was weighed had a blood test My feet were checked and I was asked some lifestyle questions and given a container to take home for a urine test. A very pleasant visit with advice to book and contact a chiropodist as there was a concern with my dry heels.

I’ve had a fantastic experience in the past couple of weeks, dealing with an GP and phlebotomist about a brachycardia issue. Reception has also been supportive and understanding. Highly recommend

Thank you to the nurse who took my bloods at the surgery yesterday. The whole experience was lovely - she was very caring, made me feel at ease and wished me well :) I understand blood tests at the practice is a new service. It was very convenient so I would highly recommend this.

The support I was given by the pharmacist has been the turning point in my weight loss journey and regaining a healthy blood sugar level. Likewise, the referral to the Wellness advisor has given me the emotional awareness I needed to help me with my eating habits and the start to find mental balance. I am truely grateful for these individuals who didnt pigeon hole me, but really listened and offered support that best suited my needs.
