When the gentleman I am not allowed to name is on reception duty, I can guarantee efficency without fuss, a sympathetic ear accompanied by prompt action. His sense of humour is a blessing in stressful times. An example is that when my request for a prostate blood sample was rejected by others, he arranged it immediately.

The GP Assistant was very helpful. She answered any queries I had, and was very friendly. She is an asset to the practice.

Done a EConsult this morning with my gp practice Aclam medical centre within 30 minutes had a call saying I had an appointment with a nurse practitioner 9.20 Am went along to surgery and I was see after waiting only a short period of time I was called into consultation room by the practitioner who introduced herself on my arrival she was very friendly and listened to my concerns which put me at ease she examined me a told me her findings explained everything I needed to know them sent a prescription to my nominated pharmacy

Did an econsult at 0810am, got a call at 0845am and an appointment at 0950am!!! Can’t complain, really quick and effective service, thanks

Having been diagnosed with aggressive RA unexpectedly over 4 years ago and having a terrible time with my previous GP I moved here in 2023. This practice has been extremely supportive and proactive throughout. I can't express how grateful I am. I am often heavily reliant on pain meds and the practice has always made sure im getting the right treatment with regular reviews. Thank you

Great Doctor very professional and caring. Took the time to explain what my symptoms were . Thanks to the young Nurse staying back when her shift had ended, she was able to take a blood test . It was a bank Holiday weekend so it was imperative to get the blood test results back as soon as possible . Dr. and Nurse made a good team. Thank you .
