The receptionist was very rude,eating whilst speaking to me,not helpful with any questions,ignored me when I was standing at the desk after treatment for quite a while.Dentist himself was very abrupt and seemed to not want to do the treatment,just walked away as I was lying on the treatment table without saying that he had finished the treatment.I have been attending this dentists for 65 years but never been treated in such a rude manor.Needless to say I will not be returning

Excellent dental practice. I've been using the same dentist for many years and have found the service to be friendly, efficient and thorough. No problem getting appointments and the NHS charges make it affordable.

Unfortunately my dentist left last January(2023) and no suitable NHS Dentist since then. Very pleasant Locum temporarily checked everything thoroughly and should be getting some fillings done in Feb. Always been with this practise for 37 years and hoping that they will be able to recruit another NHS Dentist to replace mine. Locum very good though

I am normally very nervous when I go to the dental . My dentist makes me feel at ease and comfortable. I really will not go anywhere else.

My dentist was very nice, professional and friendly. I hadn’t been to the dentist in around 3 years and so I was a little nervous, but she reassured me and the appointment was a breeze. The practice in general is very nice, staff are very polite and I can get an appointment extremely easily. Really happy with my new dentist and will be going for a hygienist appointment soon as recommended.

Local is a positive however overall it’s a rushed experience. Hygienist felt clumsy and hurried. NHS form filling, check up and hygienist clean was complete in under 18mins. Paid up front “deposit” on booking before arrival and then remainder before treatment. Then had to pay a further anmount afterwards as hadn’t been added correctly. “NHS” number form I Had to fill out before was essentially a marketing angle with opt outs on being contacted - and then contacted anyway. However my main gripe is that with a £25 standard NHS checkup I am supposed to get a dental clean included with that. The £90 I paid for the hygienist is not worth it as was in the chair for less than 11mins.

My appointment was 20 minutes late - amazing give I was the first appointment of the day - and I received no apology or even acknowledgement of this from anybody.
