The reception staff are very receptive and welcoming as soon as you enter the surgery. The premises is always very clean and comfortable . Reception staff always explain issues Clearly One thing that immediately stood out was the lovely Christmas tree It’s always a pleasant upbeat experience visiting the horseferrry road site

My dentist was kind enough to laugh at my feeble light hearted jokes. I wasnt nervous in the least, but she would be just who is needed to help calm some patients.

The Dentist gave me all my options in a professional and was very friendly. She suggested not to take anaesthetic as it’s better for me and was willing for me to try without and administer if necessary. I was able to do without it. Thank u so much for your professionalism.

I was made to feel welcome and was looked after very well by all the staff. Treatment options were clearly explained which made things much easier and more straightforward.

Fantastic dentist who inspires confidence. I never thought that I wouldn’t need to be numbed up to have a filling. I actually enjoy visiting the dentist now. The dental assistant is also first class and does a great job. I highly recommend Westminster Dental

Fantastic friendly service. Very professional, knowledgeable dentist , helpful accommodating receptionist. I can’t fault anything . In fact insisted that my partner and two kids join the practice. I had private care abroad and in the uk prior , so I have experienced different services. This is a very good high standard practice

Very polite gentle hygienist who warned me if she was doing something that might be painful. It wasn’t! Interestingly, you didn’t ask for comments that would make your service even better! I don’t think the ladies introduced themselves. Or if they did, it was a hurried and/or mumbled introduction of the type that we in healthcare /services do to tick the box rather than to build a rapport. Of course, conversation is impossible in dentistry but that initial introduction is important. Please regard this as constructive rather than critical feedback. Have a lovely day!

Excellent professionalism and efficiency from all members of staff. I am always made to feel very welcome and supported with whatever treatment is required. The reception staff were extremely helpful both when booking the appointment on the phone and in person.
