I had a 45 minute appoint at 10am 29/6/23 for 4 fillings, I was in the dentists chair approximately bang on time, prior to this I had a warm friendly welcome from the reception staff, the dentist himself is very friendly and professional at his job and he explained everything he was going to do for me, he made me feel very calm and at ease, the fillings themselves were very straight forward and we're done and dusted in no time at all a job well done

Due to botched work by a male dental worker i have had to see a private dentist to repair my teeth and give me my smile back, I would not go to this practise if it was the last one on this earth!

I have a massive fear of the dentist after a bad experience. The My Dentist at Agatha Road Skegness was absolutely brilliant. He put my fears to rest with his understanding and patience. All the staff including the receptionist and nurse were extremely understanding and after my treatment I left with a huge smile. Still going to be nervous at my next appointment but it will be instead of fear. I feel with that level of service and professionalism I will soon be totally at ease with my dental visits. Reminded of need for check up, easy to arrange appointment, confirmation text nearer time to check ok to maintain appointment, minimum waiting once arrived and a good, efficient and gentle examination by dentist. Subsequent visit for surgical clean and polish went equally well. It's an hour's travel to get there, but worth the effort and you are not made to feel like some inferior being by using NHS services rather than paying through the nose for private treatment. Happy to recommend.
