Not a lot. The practice gas recently been taken over and staff have changed. Reception didn't know what they were doing. A receipt was requested 3 times, a follow-up appointment was not offered and there was no interaction from reception staff. A far cry from the friendly place it used to be. The dental care however was good

The dentist was very patient, explaining fully in detail of work to be carried out. Made me feel at ease throughout.

All staff very friendly and happy. The dentist i saw was very professional and explained everything he was doing and explained what i should be doing too. All in all very pleasant experience. ?

Everything seems to be rushed now, and after having a filling replaced that lasted less than 24 hours before it fell out then having to wait 3 weeks before it could be redone didn’t fill me with confidence.

The professional dentist guy done an excellent job at cleaning my teeth i needed a filling and a few caps that needed filling that i didn't know about si excellent hob from rhe dentist for noting this very happy with the service ?

I am a very anxious patient (a lot of tears) my dentist today was understanding and patient with me, he didn’t make me feel silly and took time to explain what he was doing and explain what he was going to do. He asked if I was comfortable before each step. These small gestures mean the world to someone like me who has had a lot of negative experiences previously. Only reason I have taken off a star was that we were waiting a while outside as the key holder was late. Unfortunately this did add to my anxiety however once inside; my experience was much more positive
