The dentist was friendly and confident. I had a pain free experience. I was comfortable in his care during a difficult extraction, and denture fitting.

A good painless de-plaque. NHS site says ‘ polish’ is included but apparently it’s no longer offered.

I wasn’t treated today , waited 45 minutes over my appointment To be told there was a technical computer problem Basically they had forgotten about me , so I left as couldn’t stay in crowded waiting space any longer I suffer with anxiety , I was very upset ,

I was charged 3 times for a check up to tell the same thing, app was cancelled and now have to wait to the 13th November

Great service yet again from this practice. Hygienist was lovely and did a really good job with my teeth. The two receptionists were really nice, friendly and professional. A big thank you to all as I do appreciate all your hard work.

The dentist was very friendly as soon as he seen us which is great when your slightly nervous. He was very helpful also with advice. Reception ladies were also very friendly and helpful.

Third booking and still not had my crown prepped. I was booked in for it today and when I arrived I'd been booked in for a 10 minute check up. This has been ongoing since March and I'm no further forward. Incredibly frustrating and I've booked yet another half day off at work for nothing...

I wasn’t registered at this dentist and in a lot of pain fortunately they agreed to see me and extract my tooth I was very grateful.
