Receptionist was very polite and professional. The dentist was very good and carried out the checks required for my six monthly check.

After my check up . I went to pay and was told they would sent me appointment for my next checkup !!! And was dismissed has she was busy with other staff . I have been with you for over 36 years . Always good . But feeling a bit sad . Has no smiley faces or welcome . And no choice to book appointments there . What happens if the appointment is no good . ! Sorry for moaning but felt sad .

Had an issue with my bridge being loose called the dentist when they opened and could come in that same morning at 1045 and bridge was fixed again!

Really appreciate the service I have had here. I hadn't long registered when my crown broke and these guys have given excellent service in getting me fixed! Thank you for such a great job.

Reception staff were efficient and friendly. I was nervous about visiting the hygienist due to sensitivity in my teeth. She was very good , put me at ease and numbed the tooth of concern. Procedure was well explained s as long with aftercare.

Nothing really! My appointment was 11.30am and I still hadnt been seen at 12 15! The receptionist appologised, but the Dentist did not.

The dentist was professional and pleasant but I was in there literally for 5 mins. No scale and polish as with previous dentist. She did manually scrape one tooth to clean plaque but it was literally in and out - sign of the times?

Reception staff not very approachable. Didn’t even say hello when came in and just stared. Staff who did appointment very nice.
