Always, always delayed. Came to have the operation for cataracts but instead they decided to just do a check up . Last visit the over ran so badly the ended up not seeing me. Extremely disorganised

Had cataract procedure for first eye today, it was quick and painless. All staff professional , helpful and caring. Facilities excellent and kept spotless . Equipment appears to be current. Free parking.

Very lucky to have had such a perfect day, the staff are just amazing, courteous, professional and warm, from reception to surgeon and theatre staff, made the operation so much easier, the resultant vision is now incredible, just now have to wait for 2nd eye, cannot recommend enough

Had my cataract operation a week after pre-assessment. First class experience, wonderful staff, lovely and clean inside. Could not fault their service. Can’t wait to go back to have my second eye done. After care pack and eye drops all given along with instructions, even a pen! Thank you all.

I had my cataract done at there new premises Northarbour business park. The staff were very helpful & friendly. nothing was to much trouble. The attention to detail on first visit was really good they asked a lot of questions so that nothing could go wrong with the actual operation. On the day of the operation, again questions asked so that nothing went wrong, i did not feel any thing during the operation which only lasted about 10-15 minutes & the surgeon was excellent & put me at ease, overall i could not have asked for better treatment.

I had my second cataract operation yesterday, the service was as before very efficient and well organised. I arrived a little early for my 8.00am appointment and was told not to come into their site until my appointment time, just a little disappointed my lift had to hang around with me. The staff and the surgeon have done an excellent job on removing my cataract and the operation took less than twenty minutes. Today I have no pain in my eye and can see very clearly which is so much better than my first operation, I believe this was down to the excellent skills of the surgeon I had this time. My first operation caused my eye to be painful and it took over a week for the cloudily vision to clear. I now have full technicolour vision and my vision is so much brighter, I did not realise how poor my vision had become. At the moment I am using my computer using my old glasses and my distance vision is great. I certainly recommend SpaMedica should you require a cataract operation. On another point, I was booked into a local hospital for a cataract operation who took months to offer an appointment. they even cancelled two appointment for an operation at 4pm the day before the appointment. I am so pleased that my neighbour suggested trying SpaMedica. Well done, you have a professional service I recommend to everyone.
