I was impressed by the friendly efficiency from first reception onwards. I was immediately offered a drink. Continually advised as to what was happening.

I was treated with great respect. The staff were caring and helpful. The operation itself has left my sight in that eye really good. I would like to add that my wife was also well looked after while she waited for me. The area was scrupulously clean. I thank everyone who works there.

Cataract op. - every aspect of my experience, to date, has been first class. The staff have been friendly, reassuring and efficient. My pre-op procedures were managed very smoothly, the operation was skilfully administered, and thus surprisingly straightforward for me, resulting in a rapid, trouble free recovery so far.

Lovely staff in all departments. Very friendly staff in all departments. Felt very at ease throughout complete provedure from initial assessment to completion of operation.

From arrival to departure I was treated to great care. I was very nervous and was apprehensive about the operation, the staff were caring and helpful. I will ask for sedation before my next operation as I was traumatised by the proceedure.

very welcoming in reception very attentive staff. superb medical personnel.I was dreading the operation as my eyes had blepharitis but the surgeon asked me what I wanted to do so I said "go for it" and he did a superb job.

Can't fault my operation day with you yesterday. Fully explained details of everything that was going to happen by all the kind members of staff. Nothing rushed and I was definitely treated like an individual.I shall certainly not be as nervous when I come for my second cataract surgery. A huge "thank you" to all.

Had a cataract removal on the 12th February 2024. I was very apprehensive, but the staff, so friendly, helpful and professional and very reassuring. The operation was a total success and I now look forward to the left eye being done. Thank you Spamedica.
