Lovely staff in all departments. Very friendly staff in all departments. Felt very at ease throughout complete provedure from initial assessment to completion of operation.

From arrival to departure I was treated to great care. I was very nervous and was apprehensive about the operation, the staff were caring and helpful. I will ask for sedation before my next operation as I was traumatised by the proceedure.

very welcoming in reception very attentive staff. superb medical personnel.I was dreading the operation as my eyes had blepharitis but the surgeon asked me what I wanted to do so I said "go for it" and he did a superb job.

Can't fault my operation day with you yesterday. Fully explained details of everything that was going to happen by all the kind members of staff. Nothing rushed and I was definitely treated like an individual.I shall certainly not be as nervous when I come for my second cataract surgery. A huge "thank you" to all.

Had a cataract removal on the 12th February 2024. I was very apprehensive, but the staff, so friendly, helpful and professional and very reassuring. The operation was a total success and I now look forward to the left eye being done. Thank you Spamedica.

Cannot fault this clinic, everyone was so helpful, accommodating, kind and caring. I was unbelievably nervous and anxiety was through the roof. They were so patient and calm with me. Very reassuring and looked after me from start to finish. It was such a nice relaxed atmosphere and each stage from pre assessment to the operation day they all bent over backwards to make me feel relaxed as possible. There was even a nurse I knew and they allowed her to come in with me to hold my hand as I was so nervous. I am so happy with all the care they have given and communication was very good 😊 cannot fault any part of my experience, I can only give praise and 100% recommend to anyone

A very efficient production line but stil makes you feel like you matter as an individual. Staff are efficient and also seem happy in what they do with mutual respect for each others roles. Estimated timings are spot on. Now on day 4 post op and very pleased with the results. Can't wait to have the other eye done.
