    Seen on time.Efficiently and patiently treated.Due to my age I was promised assistance and advice should it become necessary. Very pleased with 5 star treatment, thank you.

    I last visited the surgery over a week ago. The doctor and nurse was really helpful. The receptionist seemed to be occupied in different areas. We never hear a phone ring during our visit. But recently when you get told to phone at 8 in the morning for a doctors appointment The lines are busy for over 40 minutes. Then if you are lucky enough to get through The appointments are filled up. You get told to phone the surgery. Or NHS website or walk to the surgery. To make appointments. I've tried doing these. But I can't get anywhere. Except for walking down just to make an appointment. There are 2 ladies who are very helpful. The others look like they have just left school. What I don't understand is if they are so busy in the morning on the phones. Why are they only a few answering calls. We actually witnessed one year a member of staff using the computer to look at shopping page's. During surgery hours. There there to take calls and book appointments. Some people don't have computers to order medication. My oppion is there isn't enough staff at the front of surgery and not enough doctors.. It's not like it used to be. And when your trying to get get through the surgery for a doctors appointment. You can't see one for 2 weeks. And if you want to see the doctor you have to phone in the morning for 8. Then the lines are busy for over 40 minutes

    There receptionist was so helpful and really try to do the best to help me I can say they was so kind and would love to see this little message help them to get praise they deserve

    Been coming to the practice for 2 years and the gp I saw today was rude even laughing at me, by far the worse practice I've ever been too will be leaving for a better doctor

    I had a full set of bloods taken all done before I even knew the nurse had started, that’s a first. Full examination efficient and friendly

    Get in on the same day if need. Not weeks of waiting for an appointment. The doctor actually cares about your health doesn’t fob you off like many other NHS doctors practices

    An appointment with diabetes nurse was booked a month ahead when I went to the appointment was sent to a health check nurse which was not what the appointment was about When I told them they booked me an appointment again timewasted and delayed health care that really is not the way it should be not happy atall poor experience
