    Had flu vaccination, no waiting, arrived on time, left after 5 mins, helpful staff, no problems whatsoever, given information regarding side effects.

    I attended the practice today(04/09/2023) for a 1020 appointment with the nurse at 1115 still waiting to see the nurse enquired what was the hold up was told by the receptionist that the nurse was dealing with a baby so l would have to wait at about 1130 the nurse came to the reception and informed the receptionist that her computer was not showing any patients waiting as she had been free for over an hour,l was not a happy patient

    Since leaving the last surgery I've learnt so much The care as been amazing So caring and informative I've learnt so much Taking blood was amazing did not feel a thing They listen to you and really help thank you

    Very polite and helpful receptionists. Very patient and respectful towards all patients. Such a pleasure being here. As a new patient we have been welcomed and had blood test for my son, and help to use the online facilities which makes it easy to book appointments.

    Very nice staff and very nice doctors they help me to carry on with my health . The doctors is very nice and glistening very cheerful what problem with helph I have and then what to sort out with the different treatment and solution .

    Came to the surgery and they was two lovely young ladies on and the made me feel really welcome!I was seen so quick the appointment wasn’t rushed!really lovely practice

    doctors/Nurses etc fine (if you can get an appointment) reception staff sit talking badly about other patients, the plastic screen around reception is not sound proof and the staff need reminding of this, 5 of us in the waiting room heard them talking badly about other patients. Reception staff speak to you like dirt on their shoe and advise on medication etc like a GP, would be interesting to see if reception staff are qualified to advise such detail before you’ve seen a GP. Before reception staff make someone look/feel stupid for not reading the sign about checking in on the touch screen maybe they should remember some people are different and could be dyslexic, suffering with mental health, anxiety, have processing problems etc, very concerning to listen to the way people are spoken to by reception.

    Long term disabled ordered my repeat morphine and never got it went to surgery to find out and they said I need a medication review come back on Mon to speak to doc and this was on a Friday so now I'm in extreme pain waiting on more surgery and iv got no pain relief to take and nowhere to go for help do not register with this doc they even been in paper for messing priscritions about with people and they doing it again
