Dr M provided excellent service during my cancer diagnosis process. Went over and above to ensure I was well and attended to any requests I had promptly. Would recommend.

I was seen on time. The procedure was fully explained together with any possible side effects. Surgery is always clean and well organised.

Recently I experienced palpitations. My GP listened to me and advised a reduction in caffeine, which was effective. However, as a precaution I had a chest x-ray, an ECG, and even a visit to a specialist at Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital. Since then I have had a blood pressure review. The care and attention I have received has been outstanding, and I always feel listened to. I would also like to mention the reception staff, pharmacist and others who are very friendly and understanding. It's just a very good practice.

I had a great time at this surgery as a medical student. The staff were friendly and I learnt a lot from the doctors. Patients were also very helpful and supportive of my learning. Great place to practice your skills, taking consultations and doing examinations. I got to have one on one teaching with the doctor which was great.

Always receive great service and advice. Feel confident to trust what I am being told. Really helped in an emergency I recently had.

I always feel comfortable and listened to when going to the GP. The team listen to your problems and refer you straight away. The waiting room is always well kept and welcoming

The doctors and staff in my practice are outstanding, go above and beyond to help…I can get an appointment on the same day, which is excellent service..they listen and do their upmost to take good care of their patients…thank you.

I recently experienced a visit to Storrsdale Medical centre and I couldn't have been more pleased with the overall experience. After calling the surgery to express concern over skin mole abnormalities I was asked to email over photos for assessment. Following this I received a call and an appointment time to see the doctor. Once I arrived for my appointment the staff seemed well-organised and efficient in managing appointments. It's evident that the practice values their patients' time and strives to maintain a smooth and efficient flow of appointments. The Doctor was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to listen attentively to my concern. His calm and empathetic demeanor made me feel comfortable and I felt confident that I was receiving the best possible care. Overall, my experience was exceptional. I left the appointment feeling reassured and confident in the level of medical care I received. I highly recommend this practice.
