    Visited the surgery today ~ the doctor I seen was very helpful & very reassuring. the lady's at reception were very friendly and kindly assisted me with the appointment app on the nhs. Thank you - you know who you are? All the very best Lady's. a++++ for service & professionalism.

    Trying to get an appointment is pretty much the same as buying a winning lottery ticket. Three days i have tried to make an appointment, being told you'll have to try the walk in centre is all well and good but when you find it difficult to leave the house and is in too much pain to drive.

    She was a lovely doctor who carried out every check possible and was very thorough with everything that she did. Amazing, and exactly what you would like to receive when visiting your GP.

    I have seen this surgery decline vastly over the years. I have just had spinal surgery, and they will not offer me an appointment. Telling me to go to the walk in centre. My surgery was 7 days ago. I am disgusted that I had to phone 111 for them to be able to help me. It is strange how the surgery can’t help me before 111 has to get in touch with them.

    I have made three visits to this practice recently and on each occasion I was treated with kindness and respect by the nurses & doctors that I saw. Their considerate professionalism was very much appreciated. The only improvement that I can recommend would be an "online booking service" especially for non urgent appointments such as blood tests etc.

The other alternative for non-urgent enquiries is to complete the online form on the website, which can be found on the contact us tab.     I had a telephone appointment with my GP last month. The exemplary service provided by my GP on this occasion was typical of the caring, sensitive and professional help I have been lucky to experience in all my dealings with the staff at my surgery.

    I needed a prescription so badly. so I have been calling the GP and since morning, the receptionist kept telling me to call back. which I did until 5pm in the evening. On my last call with this receptionist, she was so rude, and eventually hanged me up. I had never felt so insulted by anyone like this. I decided not to call her again as she told me earlier that no text message will be sent to me unless I call to find out. So I called my midwife for the prescriptions.

    Have always been treated well by all staff members over many years. Reception, Nurses and Doctors included. At times they helped at short notice, so I am grateful for the service I have received.

    Tried to book an appointment this morning; despite being sent a text by the practise yesterday. Called at 08.00, took 3 attempts to connect with system, once connected was 30th in the queue. Call answered at 08.35-no appointments left. Told to call again tomorrow. It is extremely frustrating and illogical to text me to tell me to book an appointment-if your staff have the time to compose and send a text it would make perfect sense to provide a provisional booking at the same time. We would all much less stressed and frustrated if this actually occurred.
