I called into the surgery to request a routine appointment and was offered an on the day appointment. The doctor that I saw listened fully and explained the next course of action, which medication was going to be trialled and what and the plan of action with a follow up appointment. I felt reassured and happy with the appointment.

Saw AnP x2 in two days .Both Anp professional and approachable and thorough in examination and treatment of condition

A fast efficient service that has friendly, knowledgeable staff. I was seen a little after my appointment time but it wasn’t noticeable. I was seen, advised, monitored and recorded in no time.

Arrived at the appointment and checked in I was called in promptly and my reasons for the appointment were dealt with efficiently and promptly

Usually get an appointment on the same day. No online triage you actually speak to a person. Everyone is friendly and helpful

I visited a nurse at the practice to get a prescription of my pill and get checked over. I have been buying my pill online for the last 5 years and thought it was time to get a check up. The nurse was so caring and thougrough, she explained everything to me clearly, and I didn't feel rushed at all. Thank you so much, the team at Adderly Green are always great!

The physiotherapist was extremely helpful and professional and I felt she had as long as I needed to answer any questions I had

Booked an appointment couldn't attend ended up getting messages from them thanking me for attending my appointment ( i never attended) so someone's attending without my knowledge 🤔

I saw the practice nurse, for a blood pressure check, she was polite, I didn't feel rushed. I felt listened to, and even brought up another worry I had, she then sorted out an appointment for me. I left the surgery feeling that I matter, and cared for.
