I had to call the surgery to sort out a monthly prescription (at 5.30pm on an Monday) and I was expecting to hear frustration and an attempt to rush me off the phone… I was very wrong! I experienced patience, helpfulness, and friendliness throughout the call, and my query was solved instantly! Lovely telephone manner & great customer service.

my gp was concerned about a health concern that had been ignored for 2 years at the hospital probably due to priority waiting lists. within 24 Hours I had a call for an ultrasound and an appointment with a consultant the next. day. I was called for a biopsy which I knew was going t be a problem with pain. However when the gynae doctors looked they could see large polyps and an enlarged Uterus. It then changed to surgery to remove the polyps and take a biopsy without any anaesthetic. I had 5 people around me and they did an excellent job. I am now anxious and in some pain waiting for the results. But my gp and hospital worked together like in the good old days. I am forever in debt to the gp. I just hope the results come back soon. thank you again doctor

I needed help with my eyes. I sent a photo across to the surgery which is done by reception sending a link. reception sent that to The GP. GP responded out of hours. Also extra staff have been employed and I have noticed that the phone queues are very low ( after the morning rush ) for the rest of the day. The most I have had to wait is being call number 3. And it was answered in 6 minutes. Very impressed.

I had a quite serious problem. I was really worried. I saw the Doctor and he got me to the hospital for a scan and appointment. It was really quick. Excellent service.

is a good surgery and makes you feel comfortable with how they help you. very supportive and booking an appointment is quite easy, normally is a quick appointment aswell

Whilst I have my own issues I would like to thank everybody who was in the surgery this week when my wife came in to see the Doctor. reception staff were warm and welcoming and one receptionist gave my wife a bottle of water that was personally hers as my wife had forgotten hers and struggles to talk with glued dentures. Both receptionists were very caring to to her as always. She also saw Doctor she had not seen in a while and had chance to talk about some issues and a plan was made. She is very fond of this Doctor. This is showing how important it is to treat reception staff and Doctors with respect and the two of them went above and beyond showing great kindness.Thank you to all

I recently moved doctors due to moving house but I was extremely disappointed with my old surgery. Adderley Green surgery have been so lovely to me since moving, all me.ners of staff treat me with respect. They make sure that I am comfortable even for more sensitive appointments. The ability to be able to get an appropriate is amazing, the waiting time once in the surgery is incredible. I have never waited a long time to be called in

Just registered with this practice. Seen the nurse twice she sent me for all blood test. Turns out I had high cholesterol as well as blood pressure. Got me on the right medication straight away. Can't fault this practice.
