i found it difficult to arrange check ups that i had been invited to attend, as they only offered these at calne. my doctor is at sutton benger so I do not want to go to calne. to get a gp appointment, you have to do this through the app, it never recognises me to allow me to do this. i spoke to them at the department that deal with this, that was no use either. i eventually got an appointment as the receptionist sent a text and link, i had tried a few times for about 6 months to get an appointment. if I hadn't got the appointment for yesterday i was going to go to a walk in clinic in Staffordshire when i visited relatives as it felt the only option. i do feel the service is poor compared to the quality i received in staffordshire and that was also a small practice in the countryside. personally, i think that if texts are sent offering check-ups they should be available at the practice you're registered with not at a practice half an hour away. even leaving this review states no capitals

Appointment given quickly, sympathetic and helpful response from the receptionist. I was dealt with courteously and efficiently by the doctor I saw.

Although the system is not easy to navigate to get an appointment when I did I received first class care from the GP. She listened to all my concerns was informative in her response actioning further tests while I was at the surgery.

It was my first visit at the surgery Friendly staff on reception, the doctor listened to my concerns and talked through how he was going to help , I felt at ease and not rushed in any way thank you for that .

I attended the surgery very quickly after having a routine blood test that showed an expected problem. Now being referred to GWH for further investigations. Very efficient and quick treatment plan.

Booked an appointment and had an appointment within a week. Turned up for my appointment and was seen promptly by a GP. Made me feel at ease, discussed my issue and have a follow up call in 2 weeks.
