Tried to book appointment with nurse to be confronted by yet another switch to new technology which makes it extremely difficult to book appointments for even the most basic things: wellness check, blood pressure reading, etc.

I was treated well and looked well. My wound from my operation has gone a lot better since I first came here and has recovered well thanks to the nurses that has treated me.

I was having trouble with a repeat prescription but the reception staff helped to unblock the request. They also arranged for me to have a phone appointment with the GP pharmacist in the next few days. The pharmacist was friendly, thorough and helped me understand what had happened. I feel confident that I won't have the same problem again.
