After a few phone calls to the surgery to change medication due to an unexpected visit to hospital,I found the receptionist extremely polite and helpful in getting to the bottom of an Issue regarding the prescription changes. I have to say a big thank you to the staff in the firing line for the help and professionalism of how I was treated

Several times I had to come to the surgery, and every occasion I’ve been impressed, from the receptionists to the gps, they have really upped their game, Im very happy.

The staff at the surgery were very helpful and professional throughout my visit. They went above and beyond to help me and a number of other patients whilst I was there. An abusive woman was very rude and unpleasant to the reception staff, however, they remained calm and resolved her issue. A hard working practice. More staff required to help them with the high volume of patients they have in their community as they are overwhelmed .

It's worth noting that since we took over in August 2022, some of our original staff members have retired or left, and we have been actively recruiting and training new staff to meet the high demand of patients in our community. On arriving at surgery I was booked in by the receptionist and very quickly seen for my appointment with the nurse, I left my first appointment and was reminded by the very helpful receptionist that I was booked in for a double which due to my illness I had forgotten after my appointment the receptionist took the time to book me in for many other appointments I needed , very happy with my visit to the surgery

After having a blood test yesterday and the results coming back today I received a text message asking me to book an appointment at the surgery to discuss the results. The receptionist was extremely helpful booking me in for a call back from the pharmacist this Friday as there weren’t any appointments available with the nurse. Things are definitely improving at the surgery.

Brilliant service received regarding my blood test and regarding the automated survey to book appointments is great and the phone call from the dr is great too. Service has improved so much and this has also been highlighted by my family members who use the practice

Kind, pleasant, helpful and friendly staff at these surgeries. This includes all staff reception, nurses and GPs. My husband and I are going through so much at the moment and the Surgery is helping us to understand and get through it as quickly as possible. They have to deal with so much in the surgery with patients and they are doing a brilliant job.
