    Left an on-line message requesting an appointment. Doctor telephoned whilst I was unavailable and then made a follow up call resulting in my being given a prescription. I was impressed the doctor made attempts to speak to me personally on two separate occasions when he was very busy. I called in to the surgery to speak to the Receptionist who was friendly and helpful. First rate service

    I had blood taken from Zara Rhehan at Stonecross surgery today which was very short notice. Zara was friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you.

    Had blood test. Nurse that done blood test was very good. Got bloods on first try. Did a check on Meds . Booked follow up appointment

    My appointment was for a bloodtest. The nurse was very friendly and helpful and extremely efficient. My veins are usually hard to find but she found one straight away and the bloodtest was painless.

    I had my bloods taken today by nurse Zara and it was such a positive experience despite my fear of needles! I genuinely didn’t even feel the needle and she was so lovely and patient and kept me completely calm and level headed. After a bad experience elsewhere having bloods, Zara has completely changed my mind and put me at ease and reduced my fear! Thanks so much for being so lovely.

    I have been a patient at this surgery for approx 25 years. It definitely had it's down days but what a turnaround. This surgery has new staff & a new way to book doctors appointments. I now do not struggle to get an appointment & always get through to speak to someone. I've been here a few times over the last 6 months and have seen lots of improvements. The receptionists are new, they are helpful, friendly & professional as are the doctors & nurses. It's a thumbs up from me

    rang surgery wed befor easter ,requesting emergy c o p d pack for my partner .it was declined ? for some stupid thing .rang back tuesday after bank holiday .got through told receptonist what i wanted ,doctor will ring you back here we are 7pm no call back disgusting way to treat patients if you cant do yhe job retire going to change surgery

    I'm sorry for the inconvenience you've experienced. When you requested an emergency COPD pack before Easter, it may have been declined due to certain guidelines we must follow. Additionally, I apologise for the delayed callback after the bank holiday. Your feedback is essential, and we're actively working to improve our responsiveness.     We're sorry you had difficulty reaching us. When the new owners took over in August 2022, we had limited phone lines and couldn't track the call queue. In December 2022, we upgraded our system, allowing us to monitor demand and provide better service. We understand it was initially surprising to hear your position in the queue, however since then, we've increased our call handlers and strive not to miss any calls.

    I called the surgery for a status update on a prescription for my asthma inhaler to see if it was ready for collection. From 8.50am it took me 184 call attempts before I finally managed to get through, I was then on hold for a further hour and ten minutes and nobody answered my call. In the end I just hung up. My daughter and I will be moving to a different surgery. All I wanted was to see if mu inhaler was ready. It would have been just as quick for me to just go out and buy one. If I could I would rate this surgery minus 10 stars. Its awful
