Always get a call back on time and always helpful friendly staff and lovely Doctors who are very understanding and not embarrassing to discuss any concerns I am very happy with my surgery and staff my experience today with the doctor was excellent

My Doctor the one I saw today was amazing. Extremely quick at diagnosis and treatment. She did more than what I went in for. She went above and beyond. She took great care of me. Very polite, kind and understanding of my situation. The Surgery seems to be so much better after all the changes. I did not have to wait for long to be seen or to get an appointment. Great work. Keep it up!

The Willows Medical Practice has had a rough few years but thankfully I am pleased to say it seems to have turned a corner. Obtaining an appointment is still challenging but then that is mirrored across the whole of the Country. What I have noticed is the care for patients has improved, more responsive and more pro-active contact and management. The whole management of the surgery seems to improved. A very welcome improvement. Well done The Willows.

I called the surgery in the morning. There was only a brief hold in the queue. Appointment was given promptly. The staff is very understanding, adjusting and willing to help. Willows have really improved . Keep the good job.

Good practice ,our family is with them from 8 years.good doctors & nursers.receptionist are ok as well but dnt like the telephone appointments i wish they can make it available in person instead.

We have now provided more face to face appointments, which you can get by calling on the day at 8am. We also have a online triage system which can be used by going to our practice website. I learned today that the practice has changed hands. I was able to call at 8.00 and get through to speak to someone immediately, i was given an appointment for that morning and also received a text message confirming this. When arriving for my appointment the waiting area was quiet and calm. I was seen promptly, the doctors were thorough and very personable. Overall it was the most positive doctors experience i have ever had.

I have been with this practice for over 10 years. Its always been difficult to get through to phones and get appointments. Since the last 5 months there has been some sort of break through. Phones are answered and has call back system. Staff is polite. All the gp's are fantastic and go that extra mile. I was able to talk to the manager who bought me in and took time to listen to my opnions. She said "your opinion matters as its your practice" This new management team has turned this practice around. Keep up the good work.

Like all GP practices across the country, accessing treatment can be a frustrating process. The fact of a well-recognised strain on the NHS and pressures on GP practices is not lost on me - I have been at the receiving end of grumpy and belligerent NHS reception staff, too many times to count. However, one of the lovely ladies at the reception always leaves me feeling like I’m being heard - even when I’m unable to obtain that elusive appointment. She always has a warm and ready smile - which can actually be heard/felt thru the phone, if you can believe that. This review is not all about the warm and helpful receptionist though……I also do commend the practice for its diligence in its monitoring of my daughter’s asthma. They take the condition really seriously, and the flu jab for the daughter was the reason for our attendance on a Saturday…… and the receptionist wasn’t grumpy on a Saturday! I know I’d have been.
