  1. Review titled They are useless when needed

Rated 1 star out of 5

I am with this Surgery for over 10 years. I am suffering from abdiminal pain for over 4 days and today I called so they can book an appointment. The receptionist sent me a link to book because they are too lazy to book appointments over the telephone. When I clicked on the link, it gave me 2 date option and no availability on either of them. I called again and same person said "this is only we have". Do they not have any doctor or clinician or even a nurse to take care of their patients? or they are lazy eating our tax money?

I requested a sick note for myself, after contacting the practice I was sent a link.I completed my details via the link and within 15minutes my Sick Note was sent to me. Now if this was my old Gp this process would have taken 2-3 working days. Well done to Bath Road Medical Practice. And all the Gp’s here. I do really appreciate everything.

  3. Review titled Seen Quickly

Rated 4 stars out of 5

Made an online request got a message to book appointment was able to get appointment on the same day. The appointment was thorough and I was listened to. The associate had to go speak with a senior to discuss my concerns and condition maybe it would have been better to be seen by a gp rather than an associate. I was given medication and advise

  4. Review titled Perfect experience

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I recently had to undergo a course of rabies vaccines for a pending trip abroad and I cannot praise the service I received enough. I was dealt with by an amazing nurse- she is so professional and just such a lovely person- she explained absolutely everything to me at all stages (my particular vaccine required 3 visits/doses). I just cannot commend her enough, such a nice pleasant lady and is exactly the type of person you'd wish to deal with for any health care service. Thank you so much, you're an angel!

I had a positive experience. The pharmacist was professional, attentive, and took the time to listen to my concerns. The appointment felt unhurried, and I appreciated their thorough approach to my medical history. They efficiently booked my blood tests and made a referral with ease. Everything was explained clearly, ensuring I understood my options and the next steps. Overall, a great experience with excellent patient care.

I recently had Surgery at Hammersmith Hospital and the staff there were amazing. They were very welcoming and helped me throughout my stay, allowing me to settle in quite easily. The doctor that handled my surgery was fantastic in how he handled the procedure and the information was reliably relayed in a way that I could understand. I want to give my utmost appreciation to the nurses’ and doctors’ that helped me throughout my stay and I wish you all the best.

I have had and have a lot of health issues and at one point I felt my life would end soon if I did not sort it out. I went to my GP and spoke to them and 7 months later my health as turned around. They have done all they can to help me with no stone unturned and given me with great help the best possible treatment that is working. I still have a little way to go but I’m so grateful for what my GP surgery has done. If I could recommend this Surgery a million times I would. I cannot say there names but they know who they are. I thank you and appreciate with the most gratitude all that you have done for me and continue to carry on this journey. Thank you.

  8. Review titled Supportive Staff

Rated 5 stars out of 5

In June 2024 I had a blood test and my hbac1 test came back at 50. My liver readings were also elevated. An appointment was made and the readings were discussed with the surgeries clinical pharmacist (jb). With empathy he explained what this meant and the importance of reducing these numbers. I was really worried but he reassured me that with a healthy lifestyle I could reverse the Hbac1 level and this would also have a positive affect on the liver readings. I took his advice and made some positive changes. I reduced carbohydrates to having them only once a day and started walking. 20 minutes each morning and then just staying more active during the day. I wanted to make changes that can be sustained as this is a long term initiative. I still eat what I want to on a Saturday but am healthy the rest of the week. I went back to have another blood test this February and all results were normal! The hbac1 test came back at 41. Not even pre diabetic. Liver readings normal! With some changes we can achieve positive results. I would like to thank the pharmacist for his support and encouragement.

  10. Review titled The best practice in West London

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Exceptional surgery with a vast range of professional medical services and staff. Doctors, physicans and pharmacists and extremely knowledgeable and helpful, always going over and beyond their medical duty. Never had an issue with booking an appointment with a doctor, nurse or pharmacist. They also have a great online portal which makes reviewing results, records and ordering medication very easy. Their response time is also very very quick! So good to know that medical care is still upholding standards.
