Excellent care and follow ups/contact by sms. Reception staff very helpful. Couldnt be more pleased while i have been so unwell.

I’ve been with Derwent less than a week following moving from Nottingham to Derby, turnaround for my details transferring felt like minutes. I’m going through a very worrying time at the moment and the service I had from a certain individual this morning getting me in was next level (it won’t let me use your name, but L it’s you) Can’t tell you how much I appreciate human beings like you….I hope you see this. Thank you, thank you so much x

Doctors are brilliant and so are the nurses You just got too get past the want to be doctors or the ones who think they can diagnose you first and how bad you are too see if you can have an appointment these are the ones that answer the phones Other wise keep up the good work

Moved here from another larger practice round the corner because I couldn’t get any appointments after lockdown, and have generally found it to be better overall. They are much smaller than my previous doctors, and the building definitely does not have “curb appeal”, however the most of the Dr’s are nice (that I’ve seen so far) & the wait times are much better, both in terms of waiting for an appt, and the appointments themselves.

I would like to leave this review for my recent experience with my New Doctor that I have seen and spoke to the last 3 times. He made me feel at ease, went through everything with me, for me to understand, I've not had a Doctor like him for a long time. I just wanted to show some appreciation and thank you very much.

Had an appointment at this doctors today I am very happy with the doctor that seen me he did listen to me wish all the doctors was like him .

I just want to say how efficient the team are at Derwent Valley Medical Practice. I join a queue at no. 27 and within 5 minutes, I am speaking to someone. I know there are not many surgeries out there that deliver this sort of service.

Requested emergency advice the receptionist was so helpful and arranged a doctor to call me. The doctor called me 15 minutes later and dealt with my problem instantly, and she was so very caring as I was upset.
