Record your symptoms - NHS App help

You may be able to record your symptoms in the NHS App and share them with your health care team.

From the home screen:

  1. Select Profile.
  2. Select Health choices.
  3. Select Record your symptoms.

This is not available to all users and depends on your GP surgery or hospital.

If you use family and carer access in the NHS App, you cannot record symptoms for that person in the app.
