From the home screen:
- Select Profile.
- Select Contact details.
- Select Home address to view your home address.
If you manage health services for someone else in the NHS App, you cannot view their home address in the app.
You may be able to change your home address in the NHS App, depending on your GP surgery. If you cannot, contact your GP surgery.
