Viewing or changing your home address - NHS App help

From the home screen:

1. Select Profile.
2. Select Contact details.
3. Select Home address to view or change your home address.

If you cannot change your home address in the NHS App, contact your GP surgery.

If you use family and carer access in the NHS App, you cannot view or change their home address in the app.
