How to change your contact email or phone number
- Select Profile.
- Select Contact and login details.
- Select Contact details to view or change your email address or mobile phone number.
These details are separate from your login email address and phone number. Changing one will not automatically update the other.
Other ways to change your contact details
You can ask your GP surgery to change your NHS contact details.
Updating other details
If you want to update other personal details such as your name or address, contact your GP surgery.
If you manage health services for someone else in the NHS App, you cannot change their contact details in the app. Your GP
