Timolol eye drops and pregnancy

Timolol eye drops are OK to use during pregnancy. Very little gets into your blood when dropped into the eye so it is not thought to be harmful.

Treating high pressure in the eye (glaucoma) is essential, so treatment should continue in pregnancy.
