Out of hours

Out of surgery hours the surgery answer phone message will direct you to the NHS 111 service via 01562 745040 or you may contact the service directly on 111.

The Centre is situated in the Kidderminster Hospital Treatment Centre, next to Minor Injuries Unit. Please telephone first, as it is not a drop-in centre. You may be given advice or asked to attend.

You will be expected to attend the centre except for exceptional circumstances. The terminally ill and housebound will be visited.

The primary care is for emergencies and not intended for those unable to attend the surgery during normal hours or for those seeking second opinions.

GP Appointments

We operate an appointment system known as "Patient Access"  you will need to speak to reception or book online to arrange a telephone consultation with a GP of your choice who will phone you back to discuss the problem and if necessary arrange a face to face appointment for the same day.

You should phone us on the day you wish to be seen. This will allow us to see you sooner and reduce waiting times to contact a GP.

If you have any questions or concerns, please ask the reception team or speak to the Site Manager - further information is available on our website
