Patient Participation Grou[p

Patient Participation Group (PPG)

Quorn Medical Centre has a Patient Participation Group, giving our patients the opportunity to have their say regarding the services we offer.

We currently meet up to 6 times per year.  The minutes of our meetings can be found on our Practice Website and on the PPG noticeboard.  Alternatively a paper copy can be requested

We also have a virtual patient participation group forum, for those patients who wish to make suggestions, but do not wish to attend meetings. If you are interested in applying, please download an application form from our website, or a paper copy can be requested from reception.

If you have any ideas for discussion, please click on the 'contact us' button on our website or write to The PPG at our Practice address and your comments will be passed on to our panel of patients.

Named GP

From the 1st April 2015 NHS England introduced a contractual requirement of a named GP for all patients.

 Please ask at reception if…

  • You do not know who your named GP is
  • You wish to change your named GP

These new arrangements do not prevent you making an appointment or seeing any doctor, of your choosing within the surgery, as you would normally do.
