Really great service. When Boots couldn't or wouldn't help these guys were amazing. Gave me great advice and my 4 month ear pain disappeared! Also my Mom is going through cancer treatment and they have gone above and beyond helping both me and my Mom. Even asking if I was ok....Keep up the great work, excellent for the community.

I have used the pharmacy previously for a Covid jab and today for a blood test. Both times staff were professional and reassuring.

Kanset pharmacy in Ham, Richmond This team provides a true community pharmacist service. They are an amazing team; knowledgable, friendly and efficient . The team is extremely caring and genuinely concerned about your health. They have been amazing during and following my health emergency in April and have continued to be in communication with my GP surgery to make sure I don’t run out of medication. I even got a phone call from the chief pharmacist. Thank you from bottom of my heart

Excellent service experience with counter staff, pharmacist and a past experience with the delivery driver. Following omission by GP to prescribe medication, Kenilworth pharmacy staff went over and above to support me.

Great chemist! Two super helpful and kind Ladies that helped me resolve my problem at hand with my child’s prescription meaning they ran into their own time after the chemist had closed to make sure my daughter had her medication. Thank you!

Today I contacted the pharmacy to talk to the pharmacist to discuss a new medication prescribed by my doctor. I was worried about the side effects of them and asked would they weaken my immune system. The pharmacist was very polite and gave me some good advice on how to go forward. Not getting that sort of advice these days as pharmacies are getting busier and they are not supported for the amount of workload they are given. Just to have someone listen to me made me feel more comfortable with taking my new medication. Many thanks again

Booked for a flu jab and got to the other side of town to get there, and there was a note on the door saying closed. Finally caught the attention of someone who was rude. No voicemail or text message to cancel. No opportunity to rebook. Complete waste of time!

Walked in for a Winter Covid top up jab. The young man was both professional and friendly. A quick few questions for the computer, as one would expect, and I was in and out in a couple of minutes. Excellent everything.
