    booked flu and covid jabs for this morning on arrival told it would only be flu jab and there were still 10 people in front of me, if you cannot do the services offered don't offer them, should be removed from the NHS app as a place to go if they are not able to do it

    Went last night for help as my husband fell and cut his face and elbow. He looked quite a mess and the pharmacist gave guidance on what dressings to have and how to deal with it. So helpful. The pharmacist suggested that the nurse at the surgery checked it the next day so that there was no gravel in it. What a contrast when we contacted the surgery. The reply given was two words, minor injuries, with no explanation of where to go and what they meant. One super helpful pharmacist and then dire service from the surgery.

    I've never had anything other than positive experiences and I'm there every month. OK, sometimes there's a wait for prescriptions, but some places are a lot worse. The shop itself is always very clean too.

    always have to wait for my repeat prescription even though i order it 2 weeks in advance. completely unacceptable

    Rude unprofessional, order repeat prescription a week In advance still you have to wait because it’s not ready and then they tell you they out of stock.
