   Called in as didn’t have my salbutamol inhaler and was struggling breathing. Explained that I didn’t have a prescription but could show them my pharmacy 2u account. They refused and said I needed a prescription. Very disappointing service when in a crisis!

   Dear Patient,Thanks for your review.Your nominated pharmacy was Pharmacy 2U.If you had pointed out it was an emergency/crisis there are systems in place to provide you with an emergency supply if you are unable to contact your GP.I will speak with staff and pass on your concerns.Andrew Nicholson Pharmacist.
