A prescription was passed to this pharmacy from my Doctor on 12/09/2022. I was made aware by the Prescribing clinic that the temporary garments could take three weeks before they were supplied as they are made to measure. So I went back to the pharmacy at the beginning of October to see if they had come in. After telling the gentleman my name and spelling it at least 4 times he finally came back to me with my prescription and advised they did not have a contract with the supplier. I asked to speak to the Manager and asked why they could not have called me to advise me and she said we don’t have your phone number, I pointed out that They were in the same building as the Doctors, the reception being about 10 steps from the pharmacy. She replied that was not a service they offered, I asked why they could not have given the prescription back to the receptionist and asked them to call me. She just looked at me blankly and replied they were busy. I guess the 30 seconds it would have taken to hand the prescription back would have completely disrupted the workload. No apologies, no suggestion of an alternative chemist, just a blank stare and then she turned and walked away. Cannot believe she was so rude
