   I went for my covid vaccine booster Jab today and the female that attended to me was very professional. Great Service and very excellent customer's satisfaction.

   I went in due to running out of my epilepsy medication, I asked just for the night dose has I didn’t reach my local pharmacy they said no. I took my boxes with me and they said no and I should call 111 to send them a referral. The pharmacist was rude and talking with attitude saying don’t your pharmacist send you text message to pick up your medication.

   I went 3 times to get the polio vaccine for my daughter. One time they said just bring your daughter next week. The second time, they said book for the vaccine and when I wanted to book another one of the stuff treated me extremely rudely and said I am busy talking to doctors and just come next week we don't do booking now.. three of the stuff were just telling me contradicting things and the man just turned his back to me and almost told me to go out as he is busy. I didn't do anything wrong , I didn't shout I was speaking politely. I left as I had my kids and I didn't want them to feel bad because of their way of handling us.
