I preordained medication, went to collect and told to come back later, when saying I could not come back later they refused to allow my carer to wait, despite telling them I was out of pain medication and imextreme pain. Totally ignored my plead and continued to refuse, resulting in me being frustrated on the phone. The day after the pharmacist called me to tell me off, saying my behaviour towards "his girls" was disgusting banding me from the pharmacist. I tried to explain the situation again later by phone to clear the air and was told that they were not willing to discuss the matter and hanging up on me. This is not the professional attitude I'd expect. Not to considered patient needs or to even care to listen my account!

This was my first visit to the chemist and it will certainly be my last. Very unprofessional ! I went to collect my nannies medication who is terminally ill with cancer, getting asked to come back 20-30 mins later for medication, and when I did I got told I have to wait another 45 mins. If that wasn’t bad enough I then was spoken to very rudely and was so shocked I actually had to leave the chemist and get another family member to come back to collect it !

The rude, aggressive nature of the pharmacist who happily states he doesn’t care how he speaks to customers makes this a very unpleasant place to visit. When you’re feeling unwell, vulnerable and anxious the last thing you expect is to be shouted at for daring to say you’ll have to wait for your prescription because you’ve already come back once and can’t return again later. Signs ask customers to respect staff, but they don’t respect customers in return. Disgraceful and disgusting behaviour!
