  1. Review titled Unorganised

Everytime I go here my meds are never ready, no matter how long the prescriptions been there they still make me wait up to 30 mins ' just finishing it off'. It's so annoying. You either need more staff or get the meds done sooner. Also you told me you do a delivery service but whenever I have asked for delivery you say you can't do it. Do you or don't you deliver? Also I run short of y monthly pills like my clonazepam, you give me 56 which divided by two is 28 days. I know no month with 28 days. So I run out all the time. Why not give 31 days?

  3. Review titled Life-savers

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I went to an Nhs group to register for a course. As part of the induction they took my blood pressure. They tried 7 times on 2 machines in various positions and each time the numbers went up to as much 280 then when deflating went to error. I went to Woodhall pharmacy on Friday morning and asked the pharmacist to take my blood pressure. The first attempt failed so he opened a new machine and tried again with the same result. The pharmacist then asked a colleague to undertake a blood pressure test and his was fine. It was then that he told me to go to a&e. I honestly think that he saved my life. My first readings were 290/190. They couldn't believe I was walking into a&e unaided. I left Watford hospital Saturday morning at 174/97. Woodhall farm pharmacy, Thank you

  4. Review titled Prompt & Efficient Service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Mark Deacon - Posted on 07 October 2023

Just to say thank you for your professionalism. I have grown accustomed to curt and obstreperous pharmacists who hold up my prescription at the least opportunity - causing me tension & distress. One even refused me medicine prescribed by my consultant neurologist, telling me to take Paracetamol instead... I know I have a lengthy prescription, so I do appreciate the time taken. As I am disabled and (mostly) housebound, I depend on others increasingly. With gratitude Mark Deacon

  5. Review titled Efficient Pharmacy

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I received a call from my GP to say I needed a blood pressure monitor fitted. A referral was made and within 24 hours I received a phone call from Woodhall Farm Pharmacy and an appointment was arranged. During my visit to the Pharmacy the procedure was explained thoroughly and I found the staff very friendly. I returned 24 hours later to have the monitor removed. The Pharmacist took the time to go through my readings with me, even though the reading will be sent to my GP for a consultation. I found the Pharmacy staff to be very efficient, thorough and friendly and would highly recommend.

  6. Review titled Delivery

Rated 1 star out of 5

Gave the pharmacy a delivery window because during the day no one is home. Every delivery they delivery outside of the windows during working hours. I will tell them and call the pharmacy and informed them and they continue to do their own time. How you expect for someone to sign for medication when no one is home and you're not following the customer request. It's annoying and frustrating. Upon of that when they get there and no one is home they call with the most attitude. They can't seem to get their act together. Imagine being told that my delivery request is not in the system when Every delivery I informed them of the time I will be home. Somebody not doing their job
