Have always found staff both friendly and very helpful. They have done everything possible to assist me with obtaining my wife’s complex and varied prescriptions. The pharmacist has taken time to fully explain what each is for and when they should be used. They make every visit an absolute pleasure.

There is a previous review says that the practice is let down by one of the staff and was posted some time ago. Well, that person is still there. Understandably the staff expect consideration and kindness, but that works both ways. I would suggest some remedial Customer Relationship Management may help.

In recent months I have been prescribed tablets that my nominated pharmacy could not supply. Telephoning around the pharmacies in the area I eventually found that Wokingham Pharmacy had the required medicine and they would have them ready for collection in 10 min. The assistant on the telephone was extremely pleasant and thorough. At the shop the staff were a delight to deal with. I felt so much happier after their assistance.

Super knowledgeable staff. Go out of their way to assist you and will always give friendly helpful honest advice. Will not sell you anything that they do not think is suitable, and wii always talk through things with you. Without doubt one of the best pharmacist's I have ever dealt with. Can not recommend highly enough.
