    Have been going here for a few years,was always a great place, but visited in April for my medication after trying numerous times to phone up with no one answering, staff behind the counter could not be bothered to serve me, explained I had been trying to phone and got a very rude reply, what I thought was unacceptable. Did not have my tablets again saying I had to go over the doctors, I went and they told me the script was a pharmacy, goes back to pharmacy and after waiting again to be served as they carried on talking the found my medication without me asking. Grunted at me and walked away. I have never known why this pharmacy has changed so much with the new staff as it used to be the best, does not seem to have any management in there now and they carry on as if it’s all to much trouble to be served. I regret I will not be going back to this place anymore and will be using the other pharmacies in the village such a shame.

    I cannot always go to the pharmacy but I would like to say a big thank you to their delivery man, he is a really nice man and a credit to the pharmacy. Polite , and when ever he can he will try and help me by phoning the pharmacy as I cannot always get through as nobody seems to answer. I hope I have many more years of you delivering to me. Thank you once again .

    Great pharmacy but very upset that nobody answers the phone I may understand they can be busy, but I’m afraid there is no reason to not answer there phone even on a Saturday,I cannot always get down there so it helps me to phone them , but continuing not answering the phone it causes me distress at times as I need advice,I hope the owner could please address this issue to help not only me but other patients as well.
