The ladies in here could not help me enough there was a problem with my prescription and the lady who served me went out of her way to contact the surgery and sort everything out for me. Thanks Again!!

Very poor service !! Was left standing whilst a pharmacist and 4 members of staff all working out the back ordering there breakfast order and the pharmacist was ordering leaflets , after 10 minutes of waiting someone finally spoke to me and then messed about finding my Perscription, the working area at the back was chaos so couldn’t be found , then had to wait whilst pharmacist signed it off which took a while as she was busy laughing at one of the girls being drunk and thinking she can sing like lady gaga. I understand it’s good to have a laugh with your colleagues and make the working environment happy but not at the expense of good customer service , I was waiting to go to work and didn’t really want to know the business of the lady who thinks she is lady gaga after a few drinks and I also didn’t want to be part of the breakfast order. Needs to be better organised and someone concentrating on customers and not stock especially when 5 members of staff on that day. Also if the pharmacist is the main lead for that store she should be ashamed that she allowed that to happen and wasn’t more professional , it isn’t the only pharmacy in that area and that needs to be remembered when treating customers like that.
